In 1992, Ms. Cashdollar earned her nursing degree from CCBC. In 1987, she began working as Director of Practice Management and Primary Office Nurse in private practice, overseeing psychiatric medication quality control and patient vitals. In 1993, she worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital developing clinical skills assisting Physicians in the operating room. In 2002, she returned to psychiatric care, working in the Outpatient Community Psychiatry at Franklin Square Hospital Center as RN Physician Office/Clinic. She supervised the outpatient clinic's medications and was acting Manager of the Sample and Injectible Clinic focused on chronically ill populations. In 2005, she became Practice Manager at Chesapeake Behavioral Health Center. She works with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care to on-site and off-site patients. She also heads Chronic Care Management Clinic that provides Neuroleptic injectables on a regular basis with specialized populations, including special needs group homes and assisted living facilities.
